Assetto Corsa Competizione is still in Steam Early Access, but that doesn’t mean that sim racing fans don’t want to enjoy it and get the most out of what we have so far.  In this video I share my settings that have given me the best experience in VR so far, and the FFB steering wheel settings that have helped me enjoy the Ferrari and Nissan as much as I do.

I’ve listed my hardware specs in the video description, but in summary I’m running an i5 processor with a 1080 video card.  In most sims, that’s enough to power a VR race at high settings.  I run VR in Assetto Corsa, Project CARS 2, RaceRoom and rFactor 2 without any major issues with framerate.  Assetto Corsa Competizione from Kunos is the exception, at least in Early Access.  Hopefully you’ll be able to apply some of the same settings I use to help optimize your experience.
